Well, it seems that my very own high advisor Lord Moeken has been accepted to ALFA. I thought they weren't reviewing aplications until the the player database came online? So my guestion is, does anyone have any info on what going on in AFLA with regard to the player apps? I worked forever on my app, and it seems like I've been waiting forever, so I'd just like to know something.

Who can tell? I know of a couple of people who've got accepted in the last couple of days, so apparently Darpaek has started doing some apps again. I'd say wait at least 2 weeks from now, (since that's the standard suggested wait) before reapplying. If you flood the guy with apps, he's only more likely to get annoyed at having to sort throught the same PCs from the same people.

As for the database... your guess is as good as mine. It just isn't ready.... :(

But remember, There Is No Rush! We have MONTHS before the game is out! Relax... ;)

Well it's not like I actually have any time to worry about this right now anyway, but I'd still like to know something. It's just been sooooooo long since I applied. *shrugs* But I guess I can wait it out and work on a barbarian character while I wait. *sigh...walks off muttering incoherently to himself about waiting*

Well, finaly ALFA has got more news on the front page, and if you click on any of the links like players database etc, you get a new message : 'This function requires the Database to be live. The ALFA Database is planned to be brought online any day now. Thanks for your patience'. Hopefully this means that the database will be on soon, and not some evil plot by ALFA to raise then crush our spirits :D.

They have plenty of time before NWN is releasd, don't fire the thrusters before the leaks in the fuel tanks have been sealed.

Exactily how many menbers did ALFA except?

Dunno Bruce old chum, since they still havent published the Player Database. But its rumoured to be around 600.

Crawl, don't you see that our master plan is progressing on scedule. With one of our members accepted into AFLA (especially the High Advisor to The Crawl) the very foundation of this organization can be undermined from the inside out! BUUHAHAHA

LOL....Hey Moeken, as an ALFAite, you should be able to roleplay better than that. You can't let our plans out to the world like that. You might kill my chances of infiltrating....er...um....getting accepted into ALFA :D

Darpaek apparently claims to have caught up on all applications (and who are we to doubt?). I just got my acceptance letter last night.
