Hey guys, I recently bought the NWN diamond edition and this game rocks! I just finished chapter 1 and I want to switch to playing a palidin though. So I am gonna start a new game as a pally, and I was wondering if there is a code I can use to create/spawn the items I had from my old saved game. I found a list of the item codes and a "dm_spawnitem "XXXXXXXXX"" code, and when I type it in, it says "success" but the item does not show up. How do I get this code to work? Thanks for any help guys.

The item appears on the ground wherever your cursor happens to be pointing.

I know, its supposed to, but nothing is showing up where the curser is pointing...I go into debug mode, type in the dm_spawn cheat, and it says "success" in the upper left hand corner of the screen where I typed the code....but nope :( no item on the ground.

That's usually (always?) due to something being typed in wrong.

If you're using quotation marks around the item code, don't. For example, it should look like this:

dm_spawnitem nw_cloth002

LOL yup, Thanks Taluntain...I read your message and went back and double checked the item code I was trying...I was typing it in wrong...I was typing "swsmgs002" instead of "wswmgs002" *hits himself several times on the head* DOH! Thanks again
