I know that the first werewolf is in Port Llast somewhere, but I dont know exactly where.

Did you check his house? Maybe there's someplace his parents would rather you didn't go?

When the priest gave you the quest he gave you the names of the three boys. Talk to the boy that escaped in the bar and he'll tell you where each is likely to be hiding. Now check your map points in Port Llast, one of them should be a name you recognize.

The boy at the bar is actuelly a werewolf :p for the hell of it decided to blow everyone in the bar away with a fireball and he turned into a werewolf!

For Urf's house, it will be the only farmhouse in the southern part of the town with a pin on the map. It will say something like outskirts farmhouse, or some such, can't remember exactly. Talk with his parents. It will become pretty obvious where he is.
