I'm in Undermountain level 2 and I have the four chains in their respective pedestals, but I can't get into the other room, what do I do?

Click on the thing in the middle of them (I forget exactly what this is). Colours should appear, and you pull the chains in the order this tells you.

The order is green, green, purple, purple, green, yellow - although it doesn't always display correctly.

EDIT:I pulled the things in the order it tells you to, but the door stays locked, and a red dragon wyrmling is summoned.

Sometimes the same color appears twice.
Try again. Write the sequence down if you have to.

I did all that, and the only thing that happened was a clink sound, then if you pull another chain the dragon shows up.

You need to watch very carefully for the colors. I had difficulty seeing them at first.
