What folders do I need to copy to save my saved games so I can uninstall, and then play that same game again when I install again later?

Your saved games, (Save & MP Save), Characters (Exported pc's), Sounds & Portraits (if you've added custom sounds & portaits) You might also want to save your Override folder in case you made any changes to the game that you don't want to lose...

All you have to do is find the save game folder that says a few 0's and then the name of your saved game. it should have all the portraits of the people in your party and several other files.
