I don't know what's going on here, but the latest game of SoU I've started (I had to cull the herd and restart the strongest) I take hits to my law/chaos alignment when I open Dorna's chest, while Dorna's my henchdwarf, something that never happened before. Anyone aware of what might be going on here?

Perhaps you aren't supposed to have access to your henchmen's property. They are a bit like hired aid, a bit like companions, but they aren't your apprentices or anything equally strong. But they should be able to access their own stuff if you command them.

And returning each of the 4 artifacts is a major kick towards Lawful. What's up with that, isn't it something you'd do in any case? It almost pushed me into NG, whereas i was trying to maintain a CG allignment. There's not enough opportunities to sow chaos...

Did you actually use her to open it, or did you open it yourself?

I did it myself, but for whatever reason it said "Dorna's actions have shifted you 1 point Chaotic", which makes me think that the computer thinks Dorna unlocked it, either that or it thinks Dorna is the one using Dorna's key. As I've already stated I never had this happen before so I don't actually understand why it's suddenly happening now. I seem to have a lot of little glitches though, I've installed and uninstalled the games many times, but part of me is wondering if there is still something left over from an AI modification or such.

Do you have the latest patch installed?

Yea, I do :bad: . I suppose all the same it might be worthwhile to download the critical rebuild and re-update.

For something as trivial as that, not really. There are way more severe bugs left unfixed in NWN anyway.
