First of all I've gotten three of the reagents (all but the Dryad) and done most of all the quests but are still stuck in NeverWinter. I've read som faqs and walkthroughs but none of them have answered my questions.

How do I get to the area before Blacklake district, the No man Land? The guard in front of the Blacklake gate tells me that I must have a permit from the prince (that I can't find, I can't even enter his castle) or a permit from Aribeth and I've talked to her in every witch way and she won't speak of a permit... I have a plague free clearance and every key and thingie in the game. But I still can't open the Black lake gate and I'm level 1 Paladin and lvl 6 Sorceror, in that order.

Second problem:
The Henchmen quests. I've gotten all the quests in my log book and I allready had all of their stuff (almost) before I hired the henchmen. They say they will tell me more when I'm higher level but there is no more xp to be had in the city without going to the Blacklake district. And even when I get their quests, goes to the places where I found their items and place them in their containers and "find" them again. Even then I canīt complete their quests?!? Am I still too low a level? Most of the game iI ran around w/o a henchman, but thought I would hire them on when I heard ab out their quests and thought one of them might lead me into the Blacklake district...

Just walk through the gate (you can do that) or tell him the your are working for Aribeth and he should let you through (if you have that option).

Afraid I cant help you on the Henchmen front, not done any of there quest's yet.

Thanks for the the obvious tip, but it worked! I have gone round that blasted city fifty times and spoken to the guards more times than I want to remember and now the door is suddenly open, very strange, but thanks!

You won't be able to complete their quests until they themselves tell you what they are, obviously... If you do everything in Chapter 1 you should be high level enough for them to tell you what they're looking for.

Glad to help :)

I only knew because I had just tried that quest the night before
