Which characters do you take usually with you when you play the game?

This is the party I used the second time through. It's got great Undead stopping power.

Me - Paladin
Ajantis - Paladin
Yeslick - Fighter/Cleric
Minsc - Ranger
Dynahier - Invoker
Imoen - Thief

I use two rows of three, with me Ajantis and Minsc in front and the others in back.

I tried Khalid but I found him to be the worst fighter in the game. Unless he has the Ogre gauntlets, to increase his pathetic strength, but you don't get them until you get to the city.

this was my favorite 'good' party i used in BG:


Jaheira (unfortunaltly Khalid died early on)
Kivan (good replacement for Khalid)
Branwen (does well w/gauntlets of Ogre and warhammer +2)
Imoen (dual classed @ 4th level to a conjurer...put all points to stealth)
Dynahier
Elfhelm 'The Marshal'(me, a male elven fighter/thief)

I've never beaten Baldur's Gate because i never have the time, but i usually work with four or less characters. My first party (before accidently uninstalling her)

I liked the mixed party and their different skills!!
