I'm new and I have a Rogue 1/Ranger 1
Str:12
Dex:16
Con:14
Wis:8
Int:14
Cha:12

Any advise for my character?

Why do you have 14 int and only 12 strength? It would be better to have those two reversed. Other than that, it looks alright.

INT is good for the skill points which are important for Rangers and Rogues. I'd say switch STR with the CON... and WIS with CHA too...

But Wis only for ranger spells (I only play IWD3 I don't know all D&D Rules)

No, your WIS modifier is applied to your Will saving throws (which is the weakest saving throw for both Ranger and Rogue), and Heal, Listen and Spot checks as well as Ranger spells.

I would have to agree with both the proposed STR-CON and WIS-CHA switches. As a rogue you want to be using hit and run sneak attack tactics to score quick kills instead of trying to outlast your opponents so the extra damage from increased strength tends to be more useful then a few extra hit points. Also, I have found that charisma really isn't as important in NWN as you might expect.

If you are going for more of a thuggish type rogue/ranger, i would give str 2 more points from cha.

as far as will saves are concerned, if you get iron will and slippery mind, you should be pretty good.
