Master of Nuhn Thu, 14th Nov '02, 6:55pm Nope, I don't.
I'm not unhappy with my body, but sometimes I feel like I should do something about my stamina and strength.
I dont have the discipline to do the workouts all alone, and there's nobody who would like to come with me.
Mesmero Thu, 14th Nov '02, 7:13pm I do the daily sit-ups and push-ups, but I never go to a gym to work out. I think I'll pay the gym a visit some time soon, I can probably use a bit more muscle.
Dragon's Jewel Thu, 14th Nov '02, 7:24pm I do a 3-mile trek everyday. With a double stroller, nonetheless. And my ass is STILL big.
(my friends keep telling me that guys like it, but I'm not buying that.)
ejsmith Thu, 14th Nov '02, 7:28pm I go down to the gun range a couple of times a week.
Jack Funk Thu, 14th Nov '02, 7:41pm Yes. I lift weights Tuesday and Thursday. Pushups, dips, and squats on Monday and Wednesday.
Tarol'azh, a.k.a.Tobias Thu, 14th Nov '02, 7:46pm I'll put it this way: if someone asks if I stay in shape, I tell them, "This is the shape I stay in. "

Nobleman Thu, 14th Nov '02, 11:18pm This was about sex right, "When the feeling strikes me" Hah! You old smoothie :1eye: :shake:

SC Fri, 15th Nov '02, 1:28am I have gym everyday, plus I play 3 hours of badminton every Sunday, and do my daily pushups and situps. So, I think I work out enough.
Blog Fri, 15th Nov '02, 1:57am I don't have a regular schedule for exercise, and I have no motivation except for myself. So when the thought hits, I do some light exercise. But when it doesn't, it's the last thing I think about.
scarampella Fri, 15th Nov '02, 3:24am I mostly work in.
I know, that was bad.
I tried to work out things with my ex but that was impossible.
Another bad one.
Extremist Fri, 15th Nov '02, 5:30pm Your poll is not valid for me and I can't vote in it.
My answer is NO.
I don't plan to do anything about it, as I believe everything about it is fake.
Oh, did I tell you that I don't have a car? And I walk to my job or wherever I can. And I don't eat at McDonald's.
Bodybuilding? Get lost.
The Deviant Mage Fri, 15th Nov '02, 5:32pm My metabolism is fueled by a small cold-fusion reactor. Due to this, muscle is burned off of my bones at an astonishing rate, making working out a ridiculous way to waste time. However, fat gets incinerated just as fast, so I'll never be fat. :p
Vengeance Incarnate Fri, 15th Nov '02, 6:11pm Man I wish I had your metabolism Deviant Mage, though not as strong. I want to burn off the little fat I still have from my body back from when I was a tub of lard a year ago but not lose all the muscle that I've earned.
Extremist: What do you mean it's all fake? I know some people take steroids and other perfomance enhancers but that doesn't mean you should just give up on it and label it all fake.
Morgoth Fri, 15th Nov '02, 9:13pm I bike 20 km evry daY!! Good enough?
Pac man Sat, 16th Nov '02, 12:35pm I work a lot on heights, walking on ladders all day is enough workout as it is. :D
Faragon Sat, 16th Nov '02, 1:49pm I don't anymore, but I still practice my martialarts which keeps me in shape.
JohnnyRTFM Sat, 16th Nov '02, 2:31pm I used to work out quite regularly but I just don't have the time anymore. I walk several miles a day and jog for about half an hour a night. Of course, I'm another one blessed with a ridiculous metabolism, so it's all good.
Yerril Sat, 16th Nov '02, 7:46pm My regular ass-kickin' keeps me in perfect shape.
Awwwww yeah...
Nobleman Mon, 18th Nov '02, 4:57pm only in bed
Lokken Mon, 18th Nov '02, 5:08pm I work out too! :D
down the fitness center, going through the devil machinery they got there.
/me would never have imagined himself doing so
Intentioner of the Damned Mon, 18th Nov '02, 5:33pm Last xmas holiday i went to the gym everyday for 4 weeks (except public holidays when gym wasnt open).
At the moment i work out at home twice a week but i never do as much as i would at the gym. Maybe after i get a wieghtlifting bench i may do some more regularly.
Register Mon, 18th Nov '02, 5:42pm not often... to lazy...
See Ya
Faerus Stoneslammer Tue, 19th Nov '02, 5:20pm Yeah I work out, every other day. It's a really light work out, and I do it at home...just dumbell press, bicep curls, (very light) shrugs, triceps extensions and forearm curls, and sometimes sissysquats. Not much, but it gets the job done. Weirdly enough, I avoid pushups and situps because I'm too lazy. :p
Oh, and as soon as my brother's done his university year, he's gonna take me to the gym regularly. The only reason I don't go now, is because I don't know anyone else to go with, and I'm not gonna do full workouts without a spotter, yet.

silent_elf Mon, 25th Nov '02, 8:07pm no offence to people that do work out but its boring and pointless
Rallymama Mon, 25th Nov '02, 8:21pm No offense taken, silent_elf, as long as you're expressing your opinion of WORKING OUT rather than the people who do! ;)
Anyway, we stayed in great shape through massive amounts of cycling until we decided to have a baby. Cycling was as much a social activity as it was exercise for us. We still get out occassionally and our son loves to ride in the trailer, but there's just other things to do. We try to take walks on the weekends and I take a step aerobics class Sunday mornings. Sometimes I'll get out for some urban hiking over lunch.
One of these days we'll make use of the assortment of home fitness gear we have...
8people Mon, 25th Nov '02, 8:29pm I don't - I don't enjoy it and it's painful. :flaming:
Carrying a bag that weighs a stone and using crutches all day in a big school is enough for me
