View Full Version : Something weird happens to my head.
Z-Layrex Mon, 19th Aug '02, 5:18pm Rarley, and i mean RARLEY. Something really weird happens to me. I think of a dream i've had, say, 5 years ago. I'd forgotten it till this point but it all comes swooshing back. This makes my head REALLY hurt and my vision goes weird. Then after a min or so i'm alright again. This has only happened like 4 times in my lifetime but it's really scary when it does? I know this sounds freaky but doesanyone know what this is? But it only happenes when i remember a forgotten dream.
Keneth Mon, 19th Aug '02, 6:09pm I dunno if that makes you/us weird but I sometimes remember dreams from when I was like 5 years old and not just dreams even real memories. The effects are pretty much the same as yours but don't wory nothing is wrong with you.

SC Mon, 19th Aug '02, 6:12pm Sometimes I have a dream that I remember, but then I experience the dream I had 3 weeks later. Doesn't bother me, it helps me makes decisions when I come to the point.
Z-Layrex Mon, 19th Aug '02, 7:15pm Hmm, it's probably all my brain-cells going over time to recall the deeply hidden memory guess, it's good to know i'm not the only one.
DragonRider SkyWard Mon, 19th Aug '02, 7:27pm Happens to me alot. Maybe to much. I'm not sure why it happens but it does. Mines sightly different though. I comes to me and then I dont place it as a dream intill later that day.
Any one every just feel like they have lived parts of days over again? Like daj-a-vo?
Z-Layrex Mon, 19th Aug '02, 7:55pm Heh isee you're the same as me, it's SO hard to explain... i'm thinking of the memory i'm not sure what it is, then i realize it's a dream from when i was younger and my whole head starts hurting and i have to sit down and try to forget it. Then a few mins later, you can't remember the memory again.
xlMacStroudlx Tue, 20th Aug '02, 1:49am Nah, i get that too, im 14 now, 14 4 days ago!
*Happy Birthday to Me*
*Happy Birthday to Me*
*Happy Birthday dear Marky Boy*
*Happy Birthday to Me*
And i get this dream from when i was 4,(my parents were TOGETHER then, so it must be old)
And i went to this kiddies traint fair, i remember being like a foot tall, and walking along this narrow path, a massive (probably nothing but a metre and a half, seemed big at the time) hedge to my right, then keep on walking, tripping up and cutting my knee. then riding piggy back on my Dad's shoulders.
I keep on going forward, my knee stops hurting, (and bleeding) and i see all these ickle trains, you know the ones.
20p a ride, i go round and round 3 times, then i have to go, and im reaaaaaaally unhappy about it. I start throwing a wobbly, then i get one more go on the train, i have to wait like 30 seconds (aaaaages at te time) for the previous ride to finish, which makes me even mre annoyed. Then i get on, and i remember walking back home afterwards, hedge now on my left, with my right arm hanging out, brushing against a fence, like kitting every slat on the white picket fence.
Anyway, thats my oldest memory, its about 10 years old, as thats when my mom and dad were together, and its a happy memory, so its cool.

Arabwel Tue, 20th Aug '02, 2:18pm Welcome to the club, Z-Layrex dearest, welcome to the club. Painful flashbacks are extremely annoying, aren't they?

Z-Layrex Tue, 20th Aug '02, 2:21pm This so great, i thought they were abnormal becasue everyone i asked at home and school just gave me a weird look. It's a huge relief knowing they're normal to have and that there's nothing wrong with my head.
Oh and lady loulex STFU N()()B GO RED!!!!
DragonRider SkyWard Tue, 20th Aug '02, 2:27pm No one here said it was common. It just seems that way since we're all over the world. Who knows, we could be the only ones!
Errol Tue, 20th Aug '02, 2:56pm I don't know if it's the same, but I'll be standing there completely normal, and then WOosh!, this feeling comes over me, my vision goes blurry, my arms and legs go numb, and my head hurts, and then I kinda swoon or drop to the floor if there's no-one to hold me up.
I have no Idea why this happens, it just does sometimes. Maybe I'm mentally unstable or something.
Z-Layrex Tue, 20th Aug '02, 4:26pm Wow Gopher never heard of that...
ArtEChoke Tue, 20th Aug '02, 4:26pm If the last part of that is waking up, knee deep in a self-dug hole in your backyard, trying to conceal a rolled up carpet that you're afraid to look inside of... then yeah, I get that too.
Z-Layrex Tue, 20th Aug '02, 4:29pm LMAO ROTFL
xlMacStroudlx Tue, 20th Aug '02, 7:29pm We're AAAAAAAAALL nuts, whoohoo!
So, if we the only people, then would that make us a minority or a cult?
What is the difference?
Is there one...?
Why do my feet smell? Is it the same reason that my arm is double jointed...!
WHY LORD WHY!?
(I apologise for my weirdness and randomness, if the gods get stressy, ill undoubtedly be struck down by a large piano)
Frostmage Tue, 20th Aug '02, 7:38pm Gopher: It happens to me too! Once in scool my whole class was standing up listening to the teacher and suddenly SHWOOP! everything goes black and I fell down. Thank god it soesn't happen often! :(
Gothmog• Wed, 21st Aug '02, 12:37am I think all that radiation from monitors made us all mutants  .
I'm not geting that extreme dreams (not spending enough time in front of screen :p ) but sometimes i dream about some moment which can happen even a year later but i remember it and i know what i did in my dreams and what happend.
Thats kinda cool and it's a shame it doesnt hapen more often.(see one side of the future :) to make it otherwise if you dont like what happent in the dreams)
Shadowhunter Wed, 21st Aug '02, 2:41am  Well, something like that happens to me specially in winters around my birthday along with some other... telekinetic phenomema... to call it a name. VERY CREEPY INDEED. But as my now defunct grandpa would say: "You get used to anything but starving". Not that these experiences coukd harm you in any way, but they surely strike fear.
Yerril Thu, 29th Aug '02, 1:47pm Z, I told you those pills were bad news.
Z-Layrex Thu, 29th Aug '02, 5:26pm /me gives yerril a swirly followed by a swift wedgie and then makes him watch as Cyric destroys all his precious good gods. :borg: :shake:
Yerril Thu, 29th Aug '02, 10:34pm You're just a sore druggy! And so is Cyric...
Psycho. the fanged rabbit Fri, 30th Aug '02, 8:21am It sounds like your are just zoning out and lose vision a little while doing so. Sometime when your zoning out you have flashbacks. This all happen to me sometimes just not with dreams.
Chevalier Mal Fet Fri, 30th Aug '02, 8:54am Well, I've had times when I suddenly and for no apparent reason would lose all strength and my body, have my vision cloud and my ears buzz. I went to the doctor and he told me I was malnourished and dehydrated. Too much BG2 I guess
