With topics like this, I am tempted to agree. :D But that would be cruel. I will say this: whatever it is that's making you think you suck is temporary and probably of no importance. Also, I think, with a name like that, you certainly don't suck. :)

in relation to the Comedy Corner?...

I know how you feel. Almost no one has responded to my "Street Slang" thread in whatnots, and I thought that was pretty damn funny too. Very disappointed. :(

{edit - Just read your post. Very funny, actually! I would have responded there, but Kitrax said not to. Nice "Blue Ribbon" beer reference. Sounds like you grew up in an area nearly identical to mine, minus the whole "nigger" thing (Utah don't have to many o' dem kind). Also - I'm sure my Asian girlfriend will love to read the last half. :D Not kidding, she's really Asian - no rib poke here.

It is not what you tell, it is how you tell it. Stand-up comedy can not be done by writing it down. Even the idea is ridiculous. Stand-up comedy is only funny, if you stand in front of a audience and tell the story personially. With that, you have to show some emotions, else it doesn't work. Something written can be funny, but then you shouldn't write it down in the form of stand-up comedy.
