Man I just got to save that this is the best board community I have been a part of (MUCH better that a DiabloII.net board). I think I have only seen 1 to 2 flames and most of them minor. Big B, Lord Sarvok, Taluntan, Extremist and others have been quite helpful and kind through all my Lurking & Posting. Err well . . THANKS !

Hmm I don't know what to address first, but here goes... ;)

As a general tip, if you're going to thank people you might want to spell their names right :p. It's Taluntain (although I'm sure Tal wouldn't mind being described as "tall and tan".) Also, it's Lord Sarevok.

The most thanks goes to Taluntain as he is the founder of Sorcerer's Place. Don't forget his helpers BTA and Darien, as well as the many newscasters who constantly put updates on the *front page*. If this place were a club, Extremist would best be described as the bouncer ;). I'd be the Stand-Up Comedian that everyone would want to sit back down. And I think we're all (including himself) trying to figure out what Lord Sarevok is :grin:.

One more thing, this is a general topic and should have been posted in Whatnots forum. I encourage you to check out all the forums and post appropriately. I'm sure this well get moved. Errr well... YOUR WELCOME ! ;)

Why thank you! I didn't know I had much of an impact on what goes on here, and I'm pleasently suprised you mentioned me. :)

It really is though, the great moderaters here at SP that keep it so nice, clean, and flame free. This is one place on the net where you don't have to put up with "u" and "r" spelling.

I don't post much 'cause I'm so afraid of offending someone with my general ignorance, but I've been reading these boards a lot over the past couple of months and I just have to say that the two people I respect the most around here are Ragusa and Big B... both are consistently helpful, sensitive, and intelligent. Kudos to you guys for enforcing the quality of these boards by example.

Your damn right, although i go on the chat-room alot this board is still brilliant. Everyone on PCGamer is just stupid and everyone on BIS is mean.
It's because SP is very good with rules, other forums are too lax...

The only bad thing I can say about SP is that after someone spent some time here it is practically impossible to look or post on any other forum.
I wasnt very disturb by the low quality on most boards until I came to SP. Now I cant stand the spams, sigs and general lawlessnes that have overrun 99% of most of the boards on the internet.

About the Z's new avatar and qoute, originally I had planned that qoute for an ogre or something similar. It comes from both BG1 and BG2 I believe.

But then I saw The Bear, and I knew it had to be...

The "you mess" quote is from Ogrillons, i know because my solo mage spent a long time running away from them.
Ogres just go on about smashing and squishing.

I remembered where I saw that tag line now..."You mess with me, you mess with you!"

It's from a movie called "Beautiful Girls" with Matt Dillon, Timothy Hutton, Uma Thurman, Mira Sorvino, Natalie Portman, and others...The line is from this guy named Moe towards then end...Rent it!!! It's a great flick!

This sight is great and I'm glad my uncle showed me this place but you know what I've noticed when I was reading posts today there is alot of abreviations similar to lol lately in the rules for this place doesn't it say to not do that.But, this place still is awsome.
