I've been trying to find a post that was made a few months back (I think) that had a nice (funny) story about Imoen getting into trouble that she couldn't handle. The rest of the party were all fairly 'she's your sister you help her' about it. I can't remember much detail but I think she was trying to take on a bunch of bandits using fireballs while the rest of her party were having a meal/resting in camp.

Anyway I want to read it again and also post some links to it when people start asking about Imoen in other posts. I have tried searching in this, the BG1 and the BG1 forum using every search combination I can think of but can't find it. Does anyone know where it is or can they post the link for me. Maybe I saw it somewhere else :(

I tried Bg1 Whatsnot and SoA case sensitive and not. I could not find anything with Imoen/fireball and any other combination Imoen/camp Imoen/rest Imoen/minsc imoen/bandit Imoen/a lot of other stuff. I guess the text is too big for the search engine.
IS this true? can a text be too big?

I bow down to the great Lady Dragon. Truly she is Queen of the boards. Enough of that. I'm really impressed, I have been looking for this damn post on and off for about a week. Those of you who have read it will appreciate why. What is a bit worrying though is some of the combinations I tried should have pulled it up (Imoen/story, Imoen/fireball, to name a few) :rolleyes:.

I don't suppose you'd care to let us into your secret - what magic words did you use Darien.

Um... Imoen story. You need to make sure the option for "Match ALL words" is chose, and not "Match ANY words". That will limit the number of topics you get back. Those two words bring up 17 topics, I just started checking them at the top of the list. It is the 7th one down. Oh, and also make sure you're looking in the right forum. The search defauts to whatever forum you happen to be in when you click the "Search" button. Change it to the forum you want using the dropdown menu.

Is that more than you needed to know, Slappy? :D Anyway, maybe it'll help someone else. It's a great source of information that is Highly underused.

LOL! :D And I thought that was funny the first time I read it. Shame, shame Tal. How could you do that to poor Imoen. Actually, judging from the boards, I'd say you're more lawful, but I don't know about the good part ;)
