With so many people who apparently need a break from SP for other reasons than vacation, I would really enjoy knowing who goes on summervaciton and where they go. Just to keep order in the board members :shake:

Personally I'll be away until 1. september from tomorrow. Yiikes! Without this cornerstone and safe haven on the wild and furious internet for two months! How will I survive? First we are kanoe-ing 400 miles through Poland and up to Chevalier, where the two of us can share some lovely polish brewing and share thoughts on our two religions. Well perhaps. Who knows. hehe. Anyway, after that long time in the wilderness I am settling in on some Music-festivalling and some vacation time on my little sunshine Bora-Bora pearl in the baltic sea. Ok perhaps not Bora-Bora but Bornholm. Still a warm, small and lovely little beach island.

Where are you guys going? I really need to know who are here and who are leaving and where they are going.. Oh man, I am starting to get as curious as women. :1eye:

In less than two weeks I am off to the heart of the evil empire yet again. ;) :grin:

I leave on the 15th of July and arrives back home hopefully without shotgun wounds at the 1st of September.

I'm going to the seaside in September, maybe in August I'll go somewhere too. In July I need to have two teeth removed, two 8th ones, 3rd and 4th arch, to be precise. The first one was today.

Well, I'm not going on any long vacation, with kids and work and all, but I do have a houseguest that's coming later this summer, and I think we're going to try to head down to Orlando for a week or so. Disney World and Universal Studios and all that. Other than that, I'll be around.

No vacations for me. Welcome to the wonderful world of salaried careers. I may take a week off in September and go visit my family up north (Utah), but that's about it. Since I did summer school all through college to graduate early with honors, I pretty much waved bye-bye to summer vacation when I graduated from highschool. :(

My "vacation" will consist of taking a week or so off from work in September to move into my new house. Sometime in the fall or early winter, we'll head down to Forida to see my in-laws and take The Spud to Disney World, Sea World, etc...

My 'vacation' is going to Finland with stupid parents in July 14 and coming back in the end of August. But then I'll be rid of parents until Nov 5. Yippee.

I'm supposed to be going to Greece or Turkey with my parents this summer, but I really can't be bothered.

I'm touring my fair country by foot at some point, possibly september.

I'm also taking a trip to New York before I get back to College.

I'm going to southern Turkey to our summer house.I'm leaving the boards for a month starting from 7th July.

I'm broke, which pretty much ends all discussion of a potential vacation. Well, not quite. As I *will* be broke after the short trip to ahvenanmaa (an island, part of Finland) to enjoy a more ocean climate for a few days. Anyway, after the saturday next week, I won't be seen here in 3 weeks. Will be back by 4:th of august though. The program of my holiday will mostly consist of sewing up wounded social relationships, some sulking over things that can't be fixed, and a whole lot of swimming. Man, I just love swimming. Have to get rid of winterfat too so I'll probably run around pretty much and otherwise enhance my physique. With all the failures this year, what's the use of using my head for anything anyway as it can't do one thing right.

I will be heading off to Ireland for ten days in August. I am not taking the rest of my vacation time until November when I will be heading over to New Zealand.

I feel small when I'm looking at your vacation targets. We may be off in Sweden for a couple of days I think.

Me and friend decided to go to New York city, spend big money and pretend like high class people.

Well this winter holidays (as it is right now down-under) I'm going skiing with some friends for a day or three in two weeks time. While the rest of my family are going away for a week to see my grandparents.

I am not taking the rest of my vacation time until November when I will be heading over to New Zealand. Hehehe, maybe I'll see you over here. Although I doubt it considering what a gaigantic contry it is ;)

I'll leave for Åmål this coming Thursday, bluesfestival. Just some days. Then the 28th or 29th mom, sis and I will go to Stockholm to meet some snooty big shot relatives. Bleh. When we are there we might also take the boat and sail over to Estonia...
Now what can you possibly do in Estonia?. My summer sucks.

On 10th of this month I'm going to northern Norway for week and three days after coming from there I go to Estonia, in a town named Pärnu. Nah, too much travelling for me. I don't enjoy very long car trips.

I'll be leaving next monday, the 7th, for a 10-days in Estartit in Northern Spain. And after that I'll be leaving my little country at the 27th for an other 10-days in Argeles-sur-Mer, southern France.

Boy I will miss the cheese and the 'kroketten', whatever that might be in English.

You people all go on such great holidays :( . I geuss thats a problem with living on an island in the middle of the biggest ocean, it costs heaps to go anywhere. :(

Well, just like I told you.. I am in Estartit now and things are great! Got a nice tan already, but I can´t sleep with such temperatures. I sleep outside cause I cant stand the smell in the tent, nor the loud sleeping noises of my friends.

This week is terrible!
Hot beach, Cold beer, Pretty Españolas, Nice people, lots of cool things to do, good friends, and wacky clubs. Arrgh! It couldn´t get worse! :p
And the real bad thing is that when I come back home from Spain, I almost immediately leave for Southern France.
