SciFi aired a new version of the old 70s television show 'Battlestar Galactica.' After hearing about it for a few months, I was a little skeptical about all the changes made in this version from the original series. But after watching it...All I can say is: Whoa!
It was really good! Other than Boomer and Colonel Ty (sorry, no one can beat the original Boomer and Colonel Ty), I thought the cast did a great job! Edward James Olmos as Commander Adama was awesome, and the female Starbuck (Katee Sackhoff) worked really well! I heard she caught a lot of hell about her role, but I think she pulled it off!
I missed the tin can Cylons...They have newer versions, but the new Cylons are indistinguishable from humans...Which causes a new set of problems. Overall, a damn good show...It ended with a cliffhanger that suggests a new tv series - I hope it happens!!!
