Anybody here tend bar? Ijust started part time after a ling time away from the whole industry. Anyway, I love it. Great money and its easy for the most part. So, anyone?

Well, I'm the 'unofficial' bartender in our family :p But, that doesn't really count.

Seriously, it's a job I've never done for money but I do love to tend bar, mix drinks, etc. I always think of it as being like an alchemist, being able to put your own little twist on drinks, mixing up 4 or 5 different liquors and 'presto' one fantastic tasting drink ;)

I work at a resturant bar, it gets pretty busy.. it is easy money really, good fun aswell. especialy when the customer tells you to 'have one on me' ;)

If this whole "schooling" and "education" and "learning" and "college" thing doesn't work out, I think bartending will be my career of choice.

I have been a full or part time barman for four years. It is amongst the worst job in the world, though if you choose you bars properly, there is always someone to drink with - and you won;t eveer have to buy another drink again!

No, however I am a good friend of the barman of the Cavern, my favorit pub is a barman and I talk with him much when I sit and drink beer in the lonely hours.... so I do know a bit about the job :)
