Actually, that's an animated gif, which means it's a series of gif images connected together to form an animation. In short, it'd take a professional to make anything like that, and it'd take A LOT of time and effort. The gif in your link is from the original Diablo, the warrior animation. You won't find anyone who can do anything that good doing it for free. They'd get a job with Blizzard first. ;)
