Now that Christmas is all done and over with, what is everyone doing for New Year's Eve?

Going to my grans house like every new years eve to celibrate her birthday (ie, she complains how little time she has left to live and how much everyone hates her etc)

Dude, that's very cool of you. You'd be surprised how much that means to an elderly person like that. Sometimes, I wish I could be more family orientated. I try but it seems like my parents and I always get in a big fight every time I come home. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother coming home. Oh well, I'm cutting the visit short and leaving Friday. That is if I can bum a ride (my car broke down, go fig :) ) It'll probably be another six to eight weeks before I see them again.

Is it just me or do the holidays seem to bring just as many fights as it does good happy times?

well, my nephew is coming, little 4 year old bastard, my brother is to nice to him, that kid needs to learn some respect. he'll run around breaking everything. luckily he's only gonna be here for five days, and as god is my witness, he'll never break anything again!

Heehee, good luck on your end. I know how that can be, two of my little cousins came up for Christmas and although I think all my stuff is in one piece for the most part. That's more than I can say about myself. Arrrrrrgh!! *stress* Nah, they're great.. when you only see em once a year. :)

Well, last year the celebrate the Milenium, I got to spend the night in jail. Hopefully, this year, I can top that on the fun charts. But at the moment, with just 2 days to go, I have not plans. Sad, but ever since I moved back to this little town where I grew up, I really have few friends and no entertainment choices. Hopefully I can find something to do, even though it's going to be freezing(for this part of the country at least). Ah well, th joys of small town life :)

Funny maybe, but not fun. Actually, not even funny. It was just for one night anyway(not to scare anyone off-not a real convict or anything). Well, as the hours tick down, my New Years looks bleak. I have no plans, and aparently I no longer have a life(except these boards lately-how sad-nothing personal Sorcerer ;)) I would have never thought staying at home for New Years to be an option before now :(
