In one of my other topics I said somone should make a football hooligan RPG.

Well somone has!

It's not really an RPG, but the real time strategy affair, Hooligans-Storm Over Europe will be made by dutch company, Thirteenth Production.

The object is to battle your way through Euro 2000, and muster as many patriotic alcohol fueled counterparts as possible. You have to keep your men happy with booze, fags and grass so you take over Europes football scene.

It's yet to receive a UK publisher yet though (boo) :(

I trust we are talking about European football (a.k.a. soccer)?

I don't mean to be a callous Yank, but I honestly don't know.

I love both American and European versions of football, and I 'm glad that some company finally took the initiative to make a game centered on it (whichever one you're talking about).

Yup, it's 'soccer' (shudder) and it's based on Euro 2000 (ie: Us Anglicos beating 7 bails out of those soft Turkish @#*&^%!")

As much as I'd like to proclaim Hoolingan_Inc a visionary, it was an idea whose time has come. ;)
