I'd jest like to thank everyone on this site for being so mature.
I don't mean that in a sarccy way - I've just registered on the Ion Storm Message Bord and all the people there act like they are three years old. (ie: repeatedly using the word f**k, making unreadable user names and over-using the smilies.)

What can we say? We rule!

hooligan, you hit the nail right on the head. i have checked various boards as well, and this is no doubt the best out there. it is better organized, and the people seem cool and helpful dispite different views. and the swearing, its O.K. to swear, but all the time, come on there may be kids out here, ya know kids that saw Dragonheart when they were 9 years old. heh heh ;)

My childhood innocence is now corrupted thanx to the ion storm boards. <sniff> :(

I guess it's that 'one helping hand deserves another' type of thing. When I first came to this site, it was the only one with messege boards that people actually tried to help another on, and you could see that the regulars all knew and liked each other. If this site was chaos, I wouldna stuck around to read the boards, let alone sign up. Plus, seeing all the helpful people, I woulgn't dream of messing it up for someone else who's scanning the boards looking for one that could actually help. So I guess, thanx to all you who made me want to join. You all rock.

Well, gotta agree with Dark Phoenyx here. Actually the Boards O'Magick is the only forum that I am signed up to.

It is a real pleasure to communicate with intelligent people who are united by a common interest.

Too bad though we cannot still see each other as we chat.

The white wolf forums are really bad for stupid stuff on them, and let's face it, people who post on these forum's are just great. The sort of gamers that you'd want in a gaming session with you. :)
By the way don't even peek at the WW forums to see what I mean, they are really bad and you'll probably be scarred for life. It isn't even stuff about the games!!

Well now that you mention it we do have chat channels on IRC, but it seems that very few people here even know what IRC is, or for some reason don't want to go there...

I looked around for some good free web chat program, but anything that's worth a dime costs from $50 up... needless to say that since Sorcerer's Place is a non-profit fansite I can't afford that.
