What's the stupidest question you've ever asked? Or have you ever made any stupid comments?

When I was little we went to the beach. I saw the sea, turned to my mum and said, "It's the sea, isn't it?"

I once asked someone how their day was...that didn't end well.

The last time I had a run in with the law, I asked the cop if he was the same one who caught egging my neighboor's house. :rolling:

When i went homefrom uni for a week, i called my mate who said he'd call back. He called me home phone and said, so, are you back home then? That was pretty stupid.

Well, lately this annoying thing has happened a bit too often... I'll be all tired and annoyed in the morning, before going to work, and just as I'm heading out the door I remember my cell phone.. so I ask my mom to get it for me... and she can't find it. After a little while, I realize that it's in my pocket. :rolleyes:

When I was 5 on my birthday everyone brought me present. And I asked can I take that present?

Hmm a few days ago,

My friends are talking about novelty races, 3 legged race etc.

Me - "What's that race with the sack?"
My friend - "Sack race?"
Me - "yep"
Friend - <stares at me>
Me - "That was the most stupid thing i've said today, right?"
Friend - "yup"

Maybe you had to be there.
