Im not sure if this is classfied as a bug:

When I took Jan Jansen's quest, I breifly kicked Edwin out in Jansen's basement. When I finished the quest, I went back to get Edwin and found that I couldnt.
Edwin was holding the Staff of Magi when I left him which give him permenent invisiblily, but I know he was there because he also happened to be under Spell Trap. I cant talk or even see him when he is invisible, so I tried to use Keldorn's True Sight. Tehn i used Detect Invisible, Oracle and True Sight 3 times more... Nothing works, it seems you can dispel Invisibility on a neutral party. In desperation, I casted a fireball into the room which finally got Edwin to respond, but he summoned a Fire Element and immediately to attack me.

Anyone know a way to get Edwin back into my party?

sounds like tough luck, try some other spells though, perhaps web can get him visible or glitterdust

If You choose You pickpocket Icon. is it activated in the place where he stands? You might be able to pickpocket it away from him.

Perhaps It works to cast a Gate. The monster might attack him (sensing him) making him revealed. And hopefully You can talk to him.

Else I don't know kiddo. Its a tough one :(

just as you can't target an invible person with a spell.. i dont really know how you can pickpocket an invisible one... so Nobleman.. maybe that might not work..

Man, do get that *khm**khm* ShadowKeeper *khm**khm* and remove the staff from Edwin - if it is possible with that lame util. If not, send me your saved game zipped (my mail is up there), and I'll remove the staff with hex editor so you can get Edwin revealed. Agreed?
