I have fallen victim to the dreaded "Jaheira romance bug".

Unfortunately, the Jaheira romance has many bugs. Could you be a bit more specific?

Still waiting for the last Dermin attack, mayby because of the lack of the "dawning of our day" dialoug??????????????????

Be advised that this is a PREVENTATIVE patch that prevents problems before they occur. Ideally, it should be installed before you start your game.

I can't guarantee that it will help you out of a problem after it has occurred.

Didn't want to create YET ANOTHER Jaheira romance thread, so I thought I would highjack this one...

I just emerged from the Underdark, did a few things, and went on to finish off Bodhi and co. Considering my high level, it was a pretty easy and quick fight. Bodhi is now dead. Hooray. Except...no Jaheira kidnapping. What the dilly? She hasn't died, and to my knowledge our romance is still one, but no kidnapping. Is there any way I can backtrack to before entering the graveyard, type in a script, and have that portion start? I don't even really care about that so much as keeping the romance going, but it would be nice to do the whole "lover turned vampire" thing because I've never tried it.

Somebody please hook a brutha up.

I assume by "backtrack", you mean reload an earlier save. If so, I had exactly the same problem. See Rastor's solution (http://www.sorcerers.net/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=006475;p=1#0000 13) .

Note: - don't forget to pick up her stuff when she gets kidnapped! I forgot, and got halfway through Suldanessellar before I realised it. I got so pissed off, I put this game aside and started another (I'll come back to it eventually, starting off from just before she gets kidnapped). Also, the romance still didn't progress after I got her back, so it may still be screwed up.

Bhodi will only kidnap your loved one if RomanceActive is 2 - meaning the Romance is nearly complete and you are both totally in love(insert 'aww' and 'eww' accordingly) RomanceActive one means the romance is still continueing yet the NPC still isn't convinced :p

Overall it doesn't matter - but you should have taken your time so you complete the romance before entering ToB!

So if I wait, rest a bunch of times, outside maybe so the Harpers can keep attacking me, I should be good to go?

Romances run on Real Time. The encounter you speak of may have been disrupted (it happens a lot)

if you can remember the last dialogue you had post it here. Otherwise:

stay in umar hills for a while (less buggy and more room for encounters) near the ranger cabin will be okay. If you have the console you may use:
CLUAConsole:AdvanceRealTime(#)
where # is number of seconds (3000 is a good enough number)

REMEMBER - advancing real time will effect everything running on real time.
