found on odemaron the lich in sendai's enclave with the drow wardstone and heart of the damned. you combine it with what to create what? could someone tell me where the other thing is, what it is and what the stats are of the item created. thanx.

Armor Piercing Strike once/day. Raises the THAC0 bonus to +10 for 3
rounds.
