I don't get it, i keep hearing that Viconia will speak to you after Merlissa or whatever her name is leaves after u have killed Yaaga Shura.

But she won't talk to me at all. Let's see, i'm male... check. Am half elf (chaotic good). What the heck else do i have to do to get her to talk to me?

Well Mawashi you've answered your question already. Your a half-elf and Viccy's a drow. Therefore IIRC there's no romance.
But i might be wrong and while typing this i have realised a more likely cause. You have to start the romances in SoA and 'carry' them over to ToB so no luck for you if your trying to start it now. Your too late. Hope that helps.

I know this is wrong but come on soa all over again? I no longer have my old character and btw it was a she so there is no frigging way there was going to be a ROMANCE anyway!!

Yes, there is another way. You just have to set the RomanceActive variable for Viconia to 3. You probably need to adjust the Lovetalk variable as well to make sure you get the right dialogues.

1. Do you have Shadow Keeper? Get it here http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/ShadowKeeper.zip
2. Do you have the Romance Guide? Get it here http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/index_tips.htm

3. Right, open Shadow Keeper, open your saved game, Select your character and go to GLOBAL VARIABLES(after Thieving Abilities) and scroll down to Lovetalk (i think). Edit this to the final conversation with Viconia in the Romance Guide (it will give you the Variable (number) you need to put it.
Change the RomanceActive variable to 3.

1. Open you CLUAconsole with CTRL+Space and enter the correct line. (it says what the line is in the Romance Guide).

Ok Gopher, enough with the spelling already. I almost could not read what you wrote. Anyhow, I'll give it a go and see how well the romance proceeds in the game.

As for real life romance, take it easy you'll get one eventually, we always will.

Chances are you'll find one at the University that is where I found mine.
