So, I need the three gems for the Magic Rod in order to activate the portal in order to get out of this silly level. I have found the exit, and I have two gems. (One I got off of a demon (along with its heart, and the other I got gambling.) I feel like I have been through this whole thing and killed everything in the level, but I still cannot find the third piece. Thank you for any help. -Pheregas

I'm going trough that lvl with a lvl 9 party, believe me it hurts

there was a demon back there somewhere that had the other gem. If you got to the betting part, you probably already killed him...

I forget where the first two are. Maybe you forgot to pick it up or something. Press the tab key in all areas to see if there is anything laying around.

I got through that one. I just reloaded from the beginning of the floor. I probably did miss the gem laying on the ground, but, that was before I new about the Tab. Boy, is that useful. :)

I've only found two gems but will use the tab key to see if something's on the ground. I keep going through all of the portals and haven't seen a fight in quite some time. I can't find the end. If anyone can help, I would apprecite it.

The first two gems are found in the maze. One is on the Baatezu leader who talks to you about being trapped in the maze, and blaming it on the Tanari. The other is on the Tanari leader who makes essentially the same speech blaming their plight on the Baatezu. The final gem is in the possession of the Cambion gambler where the final portal out is.

I had the same problem. For some reason Tahazzer did not initiate diolog with me and when I killed him he did not produce any hearts or gems or anything (I only discovered later on that he was supposed to). I guess I started attacking him before he could speak or something. I did speak with Ka'rashur, killed him, and got his heart and the gem and third gem at the end. I've gone back through the maze 3 times and can't find the first gem anywhere. I think it was never there and I'm dealing with a bug. Anyone know the item code so I can just generate the gem and go on with my game?

I had the same problem at first, but if you are following Yakman's guide you won't find the Tanari leader. I thought he was the one in the room just south of the Baatezues but if you go west from the Baatezues you'll find a room full of one of each type of Tanari and that's where you get the other gem.

I followed Yakman's guide and it took me to both the Tanar'ri and the Baatezu; everything it described was exactly what I ran across.
