After finding out how hard it is for a lvl 25 assassin dualed to a mage to beat some of the stronghold quests, I decided to make a more interesting party using Shadow Keeper.

My ideal party would be:

Cavalier/Conjurer multi

gnome cleric/illusionist

Blade Master dualed to a thief at 13

The only problem is, I have no idea how work a paladin into a multiclass. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I am considering using an Arcane Fist as my 4th character. Can anyone tell me if their any good, or if I will need a 4th pary member at all?

I appreciate any and all advice

1. Paladins cannot multi-class, no matter how you try. The game simply isn't set up for it.
2. You cannot have a double-kitted character. So you could not be both a Cavalier and a Conjurer.

Thank you, that will save me a lot of time. Guess i'll use a fighter/illusionist instead.

I have a MP created Arcane Fist. He does well enough, I advice you to get Ease of Use's Bardic spell progression table (to learn upto 8th level) AND Oversight's cool and new monk HLAs.

Main weakness of AF is that his punches will always reamin at +3 enchantment, thus he can not hit certain bosses. Casting Melf's Minute Meteors does not work, as his natural weapons (fist) are considered cursed and thus prevents any other item equipping. So it is not fit for solo.
