That is the problem: I have kensai/tief (dual classed) and she completed ToB. At this point she had around 8 traps ,4-5 special traps and some more tievig abilities. I started a new game (SoA) with party entirely created by me including this kensai/tief. Then she didn't had the 8 normal traps. Why is this and can it be repaired?

Try to re-create the party.Re-install it if you need to.If those two ideas don't work then re-create him/her(seriously)
