Do these or any of the other items I'm wasting space with have any use in ToB?

Yes they're totally useless both in Soa and Tob.

Classes that aren't allowed to wear helms (Eg Thief, Mage) can where the burial mask and it provides protection from critical hits, so yes there is a point to keeping the burial mask. The others are useless.

However, the mask is only useful until you find an Ioun stone to replace it.
