I've romanced Jaheira several times but it's never gotten to the point where she sleeps with my PC. This time I played a NG Human Ranger/Cleric MC and chose all the "good" dialogue choices and didn't have Aerie or Viconia in my party. I also played the Harper Quest out until the end where you take oiut Demin and co, so my question is: when is it supposed to happen? or did I miss something?

only been asked to sleep with her twice :cool: :D . Her romance takes so long its tough to get her to that point and her romance seems pron to bugs, at least to me. It happend for me both times while camping (why not, shes an outdoorsy kinda girl ;) ) Once near the druid grove the other near the Temple Ruins in the Umar Hills. I guess she likes to do it on holee ground :lol:

Drat, I can't remember. I think it was something about finally having resolved the issue about being torn between a harper and by my side. in any case, afaik it's over now. the romance no longer progresses into ToB, right?

If you're above a certain point it will progress -- not sure what that point is though. Make sure you stay in SoA until she gets her Harper's Pin (don't go save the elves until Elminster give her the pin).

The romance dialogues occur at approximately one hour intervals - CPU TIME, and the timer runs even while the game is paused. You can, for example, keep the game paused while you do something else. Not so 'realistic', but helps if you really want to experience the romance to the very end.

If you wish to check the state of your romance, use SK and take a look at the variable "JaheiraRomanceActive". If 1, it is active. If 2, it has reached the committed stage and will progress to ToB even if you haven't reached the very last dialogue. If it is 3, the romance has ended prematurely.

Well, either way, sleeping with Jaheira is at the end of the romance. Elminster appears with the pin after that.

True, but IIRC it takes Elminster an obscenely long time (real-time) to show up. I'm certain this was never fixed by BioWare, and I'm not sure which unofficial patches change this.

Ah, that's that then. I've already progressed into ToB without Elminster showing up. Oh well, maybe I'll have better luck with Viconia in my next run-through as a NE Assassin/Fighter :/

You can get the pin and even some further dialogues from Jaheira without sleeping with her. The romance is further available in ToB regardless, as well. ;)

Really? I'm already in Amkethran and she hasn't said anything despite my constant resting and resting. The only ones with anything to say are Sarevok and Imoen.
