Well, essentially its what it says. I've come across the name of the staff in the boards, but I can't find any clue or hint on how to find it. I'm not even sure if it can be found as early as SoA, so I put it here so that I don't spoil anything.

I know I can "createitem" the staff but I'd rather not. I really avoid spawning items when I play. (TRANSLATION=I try not to cheat ;))

Poke your nose behind doors where it doesn't belong around the Bridge District, while carrying a Rogue Stone in your pocket.

Also, unless you're a crpg overlord or just love that load screen with the handy hints, I wouldnt bother with it until late in the game ;)

and you better be carrying around the mace of disruption +2 =)
