Is there any good katanas besides Celestial Fury that you can find early in the game Chapters 2-3 and where can I find them?

Sadly, no. Katana +1 is the only good katana I could find in those chapters (Adventurer's Mart).

Actually, there is one +2 katana in late chapter 3. It is not hard to find, because it is part of main quest.

Katana +2 in Aran's Room if you work for Bhodi, and in Bhodis' base level 2 if you work for the Shadow thieves.

If you have the Bonus CD merchants, you can buy Dak'kon's Zerth Blade, which is +3 IIRC, from Diedre in the adventurer's mart.

I'd say Valygar's family blade is a good katana.

Of course, it has its obvious drawbacks. ;)

Malakar is a +2 Katana, I just don't know where it is off the top of my head.

Go to the temple district, look at ur map and find the house named guarded compound (its mark yes). go to the western wall, and scan it with ur mouse pointer, eventually the pointer should change into a door icon, enter and u will see two people, bl bla, they dissapear, u fight, u then go upstairs, bla bla well no bla bla now, this is a though fight. kill everyone and loot, th eleader should have the celestial fury which is a katana+3 with stun bonus and other goodies.

The only other good katana that you can get in chapter 2 or 3 that I know of is from one of the tactics mods. If you have the acid-kensai mod installed you can meet him in chapter two or three. He will probably gut you like a fish but if you actually beat him you do get his very overpowered acid katana.

I thought that the Dak'kon Zerth blade was a +2 weapon..
I agree with JSBB. The Sanchudoku(from the acid kensai) is very powerful. I have Adaro Kalvaras(an assassin NPC from TDD) dual weilding Celestial Fury +5(Item upgrade) and Sanchudoku.
Result? Lots of gore flying around(backstab, drin invis. potion, backstab, wipeout stragglers with the dual weild).
Oh, and what is BTW and IIRC?
