Ok, I thought I'd never ask this question, but what is the order in which I should install my mods?

And before you say what I know you are all about to say...DON'T! I know that you are supposed to install the official patch first and then install any non-WeiDU mods first. That's not the problem here! I only have WeiDU mods, and I always install the official patch first. My last game was so buggy I had to uninstall it completly! So something isn't right.

So these are the mods that I had installed:
Tactics v21
Solaufein v100
Ease of Use v28
Item Upgrade v32
Ascension v1.4.17
Redemption v1.2
KelseySoA v2.1
KelseyToB v2.2
Oversight v3
Flirt Packs v1.01
Banter Packs v5
Dungeon-B-Gone v1.4
Quest Packs v1???

Now last time, once all the mods were in the BG2 directory, I ran the Kelsey ToB mod just so that WeiDU would update all the older versions of the prgram, once done, I began to install the mods...pretty much in the order in which they are listed.

So obviously something went wrong somewhere. The Quest Packs were horribly buggy, Areie's flirts were messed up too, and Jaheira's romance never continuted after completing Xar's quest.

Any help would be...helpful! :thumb: :rolling:

Do Ascension and, if you must, Redemption early.

After that, it depends. If you're VERY sure you know what components of EoU and Tactics you want, put them towards the top of the stack. You might want to save Tactics for very late, though, in case you need to pull the plug on a component for sanity's sake. Solaufein hasn't been updated in a while so maybe won't, go ahead and put him early as well.

Kelsey is in no immediate danger of being updated, he can go early in the stack, but should be after Ascension and Solaufein. (And, psst, install Keto after him.)

Leave Quest Pack for late because it is likely (hopefully) going to be updated soon.

Thank you JC! That's just the kind of information I needed! I really like the Quest Packs, though buggy as they were, so I'm not going to install it again until a newer version of it is released. I have also decided to boot Redemption off the list.

So my install order now looks like this:

SoA
ToB
ToB Patch
Oversight
Ease of Use
Ascension
Sola
Kelsey SoA
Kelsey ToB
Flirst Packs
Banter Packs
Dungeon-B-Gone
Item Upgrade
Tactics

I'm still toying with the idea of installing Keto, but if I do, she'll be at the end of the list...same with Quest Packs. :rolling:

That looks fine. DBG, being infrequently updated, is another safe candidate for "way up the list" although if you decide you want to play an immersive game, uninstalling it to avoid the Jasper warp-in would be a good idea...
