Hey all!

I'm trying to make a *clear* installation order for Baldur's Gate playing with tutu, especially concerning mod installation order. I checked the guide at pocketplane but couldn't find an answer.

I want to play BG with Tutu with the following mods:

(I know that I first have to install the official patches and the baldurdash fix)

The Grey Clan: episode 1
Lure of the siren's call
Secret of bone hill
Enhanced creaturs (alpha phase so not necessary)
Herbs & potions add-in
Slime Quest
BGINPC project
Finch NPC
Indira NPC
Mur'neth NPC

BGI original Gui
Restored casting sounds (these two I know have to be last)
Tutu tweak pack (the very last)

Now the question is after a full installation of both BGI and BGII plus expansions, installing the official patches and the baldurdash patches, *which mods must be installed prior to running the BGtutu installer?*

And which ones after the BGtutu installer but before the tutu tweakpack?.

*which mods must be installed prior to running the BGtutu installer?* None! It could cause troubles.

You have to install mods after installing BGtutu. You can install every mod you like between here and the Tweakpack.

To put it simply: If it's a BG1 mod (very rare but not unheard of), install it on BG1. If it's a BG2 mod, install it on BG2. If it's a Tutu mod, install it on Tutu (meaning Tutu always comes first).

NOTE: BG1 and BG2 mods likely won't transfer over to Tutu, though, so I wouldn't try it. It can only cause problems. Besides, BG2 mods wouldn't do anything for Tutu (except maybe EoU or the like, but there are Tutu versions of those kind of things), and any BG1 mods you can find undoubtedly have a Tutu twin.

Is the mod called 'The Vault' a BGI mod then because it states in the readme to install before running bgtutu.exe?

It also states that the files should convert correctly when running bgtutu.

Is that the only one then?

Unorthodox methodology, but I suppose it would work. Oh, and...always listen to the readme. (Obviously you already do that, but others must be warned. ;) ) I'd be surprised if there were more "lazy" mods like this out there, but then again I was surprised to hear of this one. *shrug*
