GCSE is an English examination which comes at the end of year 11 (16 years of age) which is at the end of secondary school which has been going on for five years.
At the end of these exams it is no longer compulsory to have edumacation (notice the humorous misspelling:Tal) YES!!!!.

Oh yes and the point of the message: It stands for: General Certificate of Secondary Education.
