I encountered one interesting bug about infamous Deck of Many Things. I had both Fshield Red and Blue active (inspired by Tactic's improved mages, looks cool!) then drew a card, it was FOOL so I became confused.

HOWEVER, my F.shields damaged and KILLED Deck of Many Things! SERIOUS!

CHARNAME did 8 damage to Deck of Many Things
Deck of Many Things-DEATH

And guess how much XP is it worth? 14!!! Less than a goblin! LoL!!!

Anyway I loaded and tried and eventually I got those:

VOID (ARGH lucky save!)
STARS (+1 INT neat!)
THRONE (+1000000 XP) WHOA this is insane! 5 of my party leveled up and 1 had only a measly 30000 to go.

Is this the best draw? Is it fair to use it? I feel like I cheated(well I loaded a FEW TIMES cos nothing good came and I accidentally killed the poor Deck of Many Things, so do not blame me! OK? :D )

If reloading is cheating then they wouldnt have the ability to quickload or whatever, and youd have to load the game by way of cheatcodes. hehe :p

That´s exactly the cards I go for... usually.

Void, Star, Throne. You don´t get many chances to boost abilityscores of the other characters, so I take what I can get.

Void is a second-draw card. Maybe you're thinking of Donjon (imprisonment is just as bad as disintegration for the PC, and both use save vs. death).

If you've reloaded-erm, *scryed* beforehand, you can prepare for such spells. ;) Yeah, I reload like crazy to get the XP cards.

Yeah, you couldn't have gotten 'Void' as a first card...if anything, it had to have been 'Donjon'.

Odd that the thing can be killed...Iwonder if it has a .cre file if it also gave you XP for the kill. I will check sooner or later. :rolling:

Yes maybe it was DONJON I can't remember clearly as I have seen both in my reloads and infact one did kill me once! (It was VOID as I got disintegrated! OUCH! :( )

ANYWAY thanks, the walkthrough really helps and it is good to know that there are people who always go for best draws and think that loading is NOT cheating, but a kind of 'scrying' well I can live with that. And the THRONE card really helped the party you know as I will tackle fearsome Improved Irenicus!!!
