Reinstalled SoA today, no problems there, but when I pop in the ToB CD and begin the installation, it gets to around 16-20% done and says "Please insert [[either CD or disk, doesn't really matter]] 0 that contains the file data3.cab"


Naturally, I don't have a disk zero. Anyone know of a potential fix for this? I'm running Win98, if it matters.

(I may have posted a similar thread some time in the past, but I can't find it on the list, sorry if it's still there.)

Get Windows XP, with SP1...not SP2....at least updrade to Windows 2000Pro!

IIRC disk #0 is what the game calls the ToB disk. There might be a scratch on the ToB CD, or something like that. :rolling:

Try copying the contents of your ToB CD to your hard drive and run the setup from there....it might be worth a shot :)
