There are many greater mods, TCs (Total Conversions), and a lot of mini-mods and addons available. These were created (probably) to bring a new colour to the game, make it more interesting, give new challenges, etc.
Some of them are very good indeed, others are bad.
Some ruin your games, etc.
Which one(s)? Why? Which are the best mods? Which are the worst?

Note: Since this is the message board of BGII+ToB, we can speak about only BGII mods.
There are not so many mods for ToB, so I decided to make this thread for discussion of SoA mods too. I do not see any point to start the same topic in the SoA forum. So BGIISoA[+ToB]!

Only a few good ones, like with everything else. :( Baldurdash fixpack, Virtue, smaller fix -mods, to name them. Most of the others are decend, but aren't really worth installing.

Most are "rather good", a few are good, and then there's TeamBG mods... like TDD.

I've only really had problems with Tashia/Nalia and Tutu.

Tazas' item mod, Sulafein (didn't like it after a while) and all my mods work fine though :p

Well, I played Ascension and Redemption and I was quite satisfied... As for any other modifications, I won't play something other besides Redemption Longer Road and Sarevok Additions or Imoen Relationship (if these two are made...).

I haven't had too many problems. The only non-TBG mod that gave me any problems was Solaufein, and I hear that those have all been fixed.
