I was just wondering what is the most user friendly character creation utility for BG2/Tutu. i am not very fond of the npc's from BG and would like to create a character to input into the game that will fill the gaps within my party.

You can just copy your save game folder into the mpsave folder in your installation directory, open up the game in multiplayer, create the character you want, save the game, copy the folder back into the save folder, and play from there.
