I'm getting ready to do the unseeing eye quest with my solo cleric and every time I get to play about thirty seconds, the whole game freezes and I have to shut it down by force....

It's not that my computer's particularly loaded (I have 6 gigabytes free memory) or that I have anything on at the same time (I don't).

HELP!!!

Try with reinstall. There is no reason why the freeze happens.

If reinstall doesn't help, skip Unseeing Eye subquest.

Indeed. And the best thing is to use some of that big amount of free disk space to do a full install!

I *HAVE* done a full install. I will try reinstalling (bummer).... I don't know whether it's a problem of my save specifically or the area/quest in general.

Tiamat, if it still won't work after you reinstall the game, zip the save and mail it to me. If saved game is corrupted, maybe I manage to repair it. I promise nothing, but...
