Can't seem to find a single bloody tutorial on how to do this via weidu. I mean, I can use WinBiff but it's only 1 or 2 icons I want to move over... Anybody have a script for this tucked away in their panty knotches?

Err, which icons do you want to change? One Pixel Productions is a mod which converts nearly all item icons and paperdolls back to its sweet, original BG1 state, and I reccomend the mod if this is what you are looking for.

Actually I'm going for the IWD2 spell icons.
