Can the effects of Greater Malison stack (-8, -12, etc. to saving throw) as does Lower Resistance?
I assume with magically resistant creatures (like dragons) that Lower Resistance must come before Greater Malison?

1) No.
2) That would be the wisest thing to do I think.
Sidenote) Multiple dooms do stack though.

GM doesn't stack.
That the best way to kill a dragon.
Tip:after lower resistance and greater malison cast finger of death to kill the big bad dragon.

Greater Malison does not stack. I'm very sure! I tried it multiple times and checked my opponents savingthrows with the CLUA.
As stated above, doom does. So if you have a Cleric/Mage, put Greater Malison with 2 Dooms in a Trigger-like spell et voila! The enemy is all yours.

When you have a cleric-mage you can put doom in a sequencer and cast them ... with a chromatic orb perhaps ... ... that extends the effectivity of that spell to higher level enemies :D
