it's been 2 years since the last time i played baldur's gate.

i've installed SOA and TOB but something is wrong, irenicus sound/speech in SOA introduction is missing. i've reinstalled the game more than 4 times but the problem still exists.

pls help me, is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

Turn off environmental audio in your game options.
