Im having some trouble getting BG with Tob to work across a lan. Both of them far surpass system req. and one has a recommended install while the other(mine) has a full install. both have cache 300, so it cant be that. Ive installed the latest patch for them and there are no mods. Mine locks up when i try to start a IPX or tcpip game. The other wont even go into BG2. i havent tried uninstalling and reinstalling since i just installed them this morning. I would really appreciat some help.

Try havind only one copy of bg2.

set the cache to 500mb.

look at your network settings to see if everything is ok.

be sure you have the tcp network option installed on your pc.

ok ill try those, but how would only 1 copy of bg2 help?
