Don't get me wrong.... loved BG!!!
It kept me up all night playing and smoking till I had to get dressed for work the next day,.... but the "sequel" never really made much sense to me.....

I had finished the entire thing 4 times through to get all of those stat boosting tomes (cuase you know cheating is TOO easy..hehe) welll..... ok, after I did it 4 times through I enabled the cheat, sue me. So I finished the damn thing 4 times (got it), and I had a pretty sweet character,... and then they have the "sequel" that takes you back two steps (before the city....uugh)

I absolutely LOVED the tower... KICK ASS puzzles,.... but after those three quests,.... eeeeeeeeeeeee..... never went back to the final battle

Actually you're talking about Tales of the Sword Coast, which was only an ADDON to the game. BG II will be the real thing, a brand new game. Check out my BG II section and read the FAQ and all for more info (not to mention the fabulous Sorcerer's Guide to Kits). But then again, I'm biased ;) I'll be dissapearing now for my sleep, thank you. Post to you later (hehe).

Right..its a totally new expansion..right now..waiting for the new release v 1.01.. 1.00 was really buggy..

30 new areas
4 major quests
many lil quests
100 new weapons
80 new spells
70 new bad guys
8 new npcs :)
no cap :)
etc etc :)

DSOTSC was cool but I think it's a bit buggy and that kinda piss** me off.
