anyone know of another site like this one ( http://www.karwal.dk/portraitportal/ ) that does custom portraits? this one had kinda stopped making them it seems

They made some nice ones too, though mostly celebs :p

There's http://havak.db-forge.com/index.php, but it hasn't been updated for 5 years. Still has nice portraits though.

Or http://www.kirith.com/. This one has a lot of altered famous people (some good, some bad [the Jim Carrey one is horrid]).

http://phaere-tail.tripod.com/ is the best I've seen. Phaere has done portraits for mods.
