After doing some digging on the web, I have found D&D stats for the rings.

Here is the url to them:
The Rings of Power (http://www.planetadnd.com/references/lotr/the_rings_of_power.php)

and here are my guesses as to how 3 of them would be converted for BG2:

Narya - Ring of Fire
* non-detection
* regeneration 3hp per round
* +3 to saves and AC
* user is under the effects of a constant prayer
* all firebased spells: (not sure how to handle learning new spells as the character raises in level)
* fireshield red
* Flame strike
* fireball
* delayed blast fireball
* burning hands
* agannazar's scorcher
* flame arrow
* conjure fire elementals (lesser and strong)
* summon efreeti
* incendiary cloud
* flame blade
* dragon's breath
* aura of flaming death
* elemental transform: fire
* implosion
* firestorm
* sol's searing orb
* under the effect of the spell (I forget the name)that protects the wearer from mental commands

Vilya - Ring of Air
* non-detection
* regeneration 1hp per round
* +3 to constitution
* user is under the effects of a constant prayer
* call lightning
* chain lightning
* lightning bolt
* summon air elementals (lesser and strong)
* summon dijnn
* summon aerial servant
* summon invisible stalker
* all gas attacks
* storm of vengeance
* zone of sweet air

Nenya - Ring of Water
* non-detection; also can be cast on others
* regeneration 3hp per round
* +3 to saves and AC
* user is under the effects of a constant prayer
* grease
* melf's acid arrow
* fireshield blue
* cone of cold
* abi-dalzim's horrid wilting
* poison
* ice storm

Please feel free to give me suggestions, etc! :thumb:

They will be available within the month, more or less. I'm currently trying to figure out how the ring for fire "learns" more spells as the user advances in levels.

After which, I'll be working on Legolas' dual swords (I'm offering them as daggers, scimitars, katanas and short swords..you know to appease certain weapon fans), Gimli's great axe (I'm thinking of making it a halberd and Boromir's Horn of Gondor (two variants: someone suggested that the horn summon "spectral Gondor warriors" and one that inflicts several fear effects on the enemy) and Gandalf's staff.

I won't make Sting or Anduril cause there is mod (Reign of Virtue I think? One of the Reigns..) have those 2 swords.

Msg me your email addresss so I can keep you posted :)

A suggestion for Gandalfs staff you could make it remove curse or some such after what happened in LOTR II with Theodin.

and are you going to make the "one" ring or are you just making the three you mentioned?

The One Ring will be made but that will be last. I believe it could be one of the harder items to make.

Apparently you need to go to Mount Doom to forge it, so that could be difficult.

I think that all three rings have the chaos commands spell. The spell that protect from mental commands I think that Galandriel that wore Vilya was fighting the Dark Lord in her mind by blocking him out. I believe it fits the description for the spell. Nice thought also i would really love to check this mod out.

It is Théoden.

It is Galadriel and for chrissakes, she has NENYA, not Vilya.

Beats misspelling LotR ignorants on the head with a big stick

Cool items.

That's the spell name! Chaotic Commands! Be handy versus Mindflayers and other nasties that use mental attacks.
