I am in wachers keep and I cant find that god damit scepter or somewhat...I have 2 gems like 2 big red things and 1 rod or something(yellow).What I need to find ? I am soo tired of that chambers and that maze and still i cant go to level 4 so I can incrase my stats.... :( I killed that demon with horns and that yellow cards and I found a...gem...I have another one but still I cant pass...Why?

There are 3 gems needed before you can assemble the Sceptre, which is the key to unlock the next level. There is another demon you need to find and kill, if I remember correctly - it has been a long time since I have played ToB.

Where are located? In Wachers keep?

Everything you need is on the same level of watcher's Keep that you are on. You have already killed one demon, and taken his gem, and you have the gem from the Cambion that held the Deck of Many Things. You must find another demon that holds the third gem. If you really get stuck, try downloading one of the walkthroughs here on Sorcerer's Place.

Just continue entering portals rin the maze andomly till you encounter another group of fiends. Their leader has the final gem you need. IIRC, there are two groups of fiends in the level, one is demons and others are devils. They are in Blood War. They will even try to persuade you to join their cause unless they detect good from you, in which case it is no quest, just pure slaughter. (ofcourse it is not bad if it is demons and devils we are talking about. ;) )

If you are deeply stuck you may use a walkthrough but I don't think it is not really neccessary.

I remember the one time I played that, I hit a bug. I cant remember exactly what it was, but I remember I had to CLUAConsole the item in. Like I had done everything, but still no repaired sceptre, so I read a walkthrough, went to every area that they should have been, and I had all, but two. Or I had all 3 and they wouldnt assemble.

Some silly bug like that, I remember that particular playthrough had more bugs than usual, Improved Torgal becoming invulnerable etc.

If you have the rod, you should also have Yakman's diary, which tells you how to get through the maze. The demons have one gem, the devils have one gem, and the cambion has one gem. If you can't find your way with the diary, make a map with a piece of paper, tracking where the portals go, until you can get back to the beginning.
