In the sewers between copper coronet and the slaver stockade, where can i find the 3rd item, the sword?

You mean sword? You don't get the sword until you get all of the items and place them in the right pipes.

Sorry i'll make it clearer, ive got th lovers ring, the hand and the staff, where can i get the 4th item?

spoiler (of some sort): Kill the Carrion Crawler near the old man (forgot his name a second later), grap its blood and that's it! Stuff it in the pipes and you'll have a new 'member' to talk to...
